Meet Sophia from Washington! Sophia was drawn to our program because of her love of animals and cooking. Sophia is considering culinary school and wanted to gain a little experience before enrolling in a 4 year program.

7:30 AM Early morning harvest before breakfast

8:00 AM Time to feed the ducks and the kitty!

8:15 AM Collecting Eggs for breakfast

9:00 AM Washing up a few dishes in the bus after eggs and toast with her busmate

10:00 AM Sewing Elective Class: Cutting curtains

11:00 AM Sewing Elective Class: Hemming Curtains

12:00 PM Lunch time! Time to grind!

1:00 PM Post lunch chill and play old school video games

2:30 PM Homestead domestics preparing the garden vegetables from the morning

3:30 PM Homestead domestics class on braising and barbecue preparations

5:00 PM the crew heads off to do their work trade chores

5:30 PM Daily chores, water the animals and maybe a cuddle too

6 PM a little rain won't stop our bbq

7:00 PM not much of a sunset tonight, but that's okay!

8:00 PM Stars should be out soon

9:00 PM Quick shower and get ready for bed
