Financials

• Our tuition fees include all course instruction, student materials, community work shops, weekend adventures, and all meals on campus and picnic lunches.  Each student receives a complete tool kit, with the option to take it home at the end of the program.  

• There is no charge for student accommodations, instead students are responsible for 10 hours a week of work trade on campus.  This work/trade program allows us to keep our tuition costs down.   

• Our program DOES NOT include airfare to and from Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i. Students need to secure round trip airfare and provide a travel itinerary once they have been accepted into the program.  We will arrange transportation for students to and from the airport.  

• Student may want additional spending money during their program if they make purchases at the farmer's market, restaurants, and for personal items when they go in to town. 

• Once a student is notified of acceptance into one of our cohorts, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days to secure their placement.  

• The balance is due 30 days before the start of the course unless a signed payment plan agreement has been received. 

• Our standard payment plan is 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of acceptance, a second payment of 50% is due 60 days before the start of the semester, the final 25% payment is due 14 days before students arrive on campus.  Our complete payment and refund policy is available here.

• Our programs are not eligible for federal student aid through FAFSA at this time.
