We are committed to making our programs as accessible as possible and will work with students and parents on a payment plan that suits their needs.
Payment Option 1
Full tuition paid at time of enrollment.
Payment Option 2
25% non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of acceptance to secure placement
75% Balance due 30 days before the start of the course
Payment Option 3
25% non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of acceptance to secure placement.
Second payment of 50% is due 60 days before the start of the semester
Final 25% payment is due 14 days before students arrive on campus.
Payment Options 4 (Early enrollment 6 months)
6 equal monthly payments.
All tuition must be paid 14 days prior to students arrival on campus
Must get administrative approval to coordinate placement.
All scholarships will be applied to the final payment. A schedule of payment options for a students specific program will be included with acceptance notification. The full tuition is due 30 days before the start of the course (option 2) unless a signed payment plan agreement has been received.
As part of the enrollment processes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 14 days of acceptance. After 2 weeks, if payment has not been received or a payment plan has not been established, the student will be notified and bumped to the waitlisted, their space will go to the next student on the waitlist.
Any additional tuition payments may be refunded up to 30 days before the start of a program.
If you need to cancel with less than 30 days notice, we will attempt to fill your place with another student from the waitlist, if we are successful, someone from our administrative team will reach out to arrange an additional refund. In some circumstances, we may be able to apply any payments towards a future program.
